THTC Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions tell you the rights and obligations you have. Please read these carefully. You may have other rights granted by law and these Terms and Conditions do not affect these. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. These Terms and Conditions are published by THTC (Eco T Led).
Purchasing from us
By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors). We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent and you may ask that your details be removed from our system by writing to the address above. We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and this is when the contract is made. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full. If you discover you have made a mistake with your order please contact us immediately. Please do this before we confirm your order.
All prices and offers are subject to change and availability ,errors and omissions excepted, subject to not selling below our cost price. VAT will be charged on all prices (including carriage) at a rate of 20.00%. Allow ten working days for cheque clearance. For out of stock items, delivery dates given are only estimates.
Delivery
THTC aim to deliver goods to you within 7 working days but we cannot give an exact delivery date. In cases where you have ordered a limited edition item, this will be made to order and therefore may result in a longer wait for delivery. We may also deliver the goods in several consignments but will not charge any extra delivery for this. If goods are not in stock you'll be informed by e-mail of an expected delivery date. If we have not delivered the goods within 30 days of expected delivery then you may cancel the contract. We will refund any money paid by you. Returns, Damaged or defective goods
Our "No Mess" guarantee means that, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please note: we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty, unless otherwise agreed via phone or email.
Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently: Please send us a note detailing the reason for return. This note MUST include your Name, Address, Contact numbers and email address, Date received, design/size/colour of the Garment, and any order reference numbers on your delivery note. In the case of a faulty product, please provide a full description of the fault.
By law, you also have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered to you. This applies to all of our products. To cancel your purchase under this cooling-off period, please fill out a note, as detailed above, giving the reason for the return as "contract cancellation". Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you.
We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your return. This may take up to three weeks
For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
We cannot accept liability for packages damaged during transit. You are advised to wrap the product adequately to prevent this happening. Proof of postage is not necessarily proof of delivery and you are therefore strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods. Where appropriate, the cost of returning the item will be refunded to you. Please return all goods to:

These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge--we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge. Purchase Procedure:
- The price you will pay for the goods is shown in the Total row of the shopping basket.
- Once you wish to purchase the goods from your shopping basket you can proceed to the Checkout where we will ask for your payment details.
- By completing the details and clicking the "Send Order" button on the Checkout screen you are offering to buy the goods subject to our Terms and Conditions and this Purchase Procedure.
- We have the right to refuse at our discretion to supply any goods ordered by you.
- We will then acknowledge your order. In the unlikely event of card authorisation failure or the product being discontinued a member of our customer care team will contact you.
When we receive your order we may find that the price quoted for the goods you have ordered has changed. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price in the circumstances set out in the Terms and Conditions. If this happens we will inform you of the new price and ask you if you wish to proceed with your order. You can either accept the price change or terminate the contract by notice in writing to us. These terms do not affect your statutory rights, Data protection and Privacy.
We want you to enjoy your shopping experience in the safe knowledge that any information that you provide us with, whether it be credit card information or other personal information, is secure. In order for us to provide you with the best possible service, we need to gather certain information about you. This information will assist us in tailoring our services, specifically for you.
